Q: How are international orders shipped and what is the transit time? 

A:International orders are shipped through your local shipping company based on the address you’ve provided. Shipping timeframe will vary depending on your country’s customs regulations and procedures.If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local shipping carrier, and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. We appreciate hearing from you when you receive your package, so we have realistic estimates to tell our other customers in your country. See Shipping Policy for more information.

Q:What is the difference between Extra Dark JBCO and Jamaican Black Castor Oil? 

A:We do not sell extra dark Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Our Jamaican Black Castor Oil is light brown color due to the technique of gently roasting the beans to retain the highest quality of nutritional value in the oil that aids in the growth of our hairand skin products.  Burned seeds have no nutritional values.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes, we do.

Q:Do you ship on holidays?

A:No, we do not ship on public holidays.

Q: My order is missing or hasn’t been delivered what can I do?

Q:Are your products all-natural?

A: Yes, our products are all natural.

Q:Are your products tested on animals?

A:No, we do not test on animals.

Q:Do you give out samples?

A:Currently, we do not offer samples of our castor oil. However, we do offer samples of other products.

Q:What carrier do you use to ship products?

A:We ship packages through USPS.

Q:Do you have a pick-up location?

A:No yet! As tine progress we will be sure to let you know.

Q:Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

A:If you wish to change or cancel emailcustomer serviceimmediately. Once your order has not been processed or shipped, we will provide support to help you rectify the order.

Q:Can I drink Jamaican Black Castor Oil?

A:No. Our Jamaican Black Castor Oil is not intended for internal use.

Q:Where do I send my product if it needs to be returned?

A:If you need to process a return, please contact our customer service department at info@chozenrootz.com with your order number and reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will follow up with further instructions.

Q:Can I mix the JBCO with other Oils?

A:Yes, you can mix JBCO with other oils.

Q:Can I take JBCO as a laxative?

A:No. Our products are not intended for oral consumption.

Q:Is the product only for ethnic hair?

A:No. Chozen Rootz Product Line is designed for all ethnicities, textures, and hair types.
