All sales are final, and due to the nature of Chozen Rootz products, we are unable to accept returns or exchange products apart from accessories if incorrect items were received. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process refunds within our system. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during transit. If an item purchased on www.chozenrootz.com is damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package, and we will do our absolute best to work together to resolve any issues. *Returns are processed on a case- by-case basis.
